Alpina B10 V8S Touring

Alpina B10 V8S Touring 2003 for sale

Alpina is a car maker based in Bavaria Germany that develops and sells high performance versions of BMW cars. Alpina is recognized as a car manufacturer and should not be confused with tuning companies. Alpina was founded already in 1965 by Burkhard Bovenspiesen.

Exterior: The paint on this car is as perfect as it could be on a car from 2003 and it has never been repainted. Every single detail on the outside of this car is perfect. I feel this is a very short description of this cars outside. But, this is a car that has lived a very sheltered life and always been pampered and babied like a little doll. Kept in the best possible storage environment to ensure a bright future on the car collectors’ market.

Interior: The grey leather is still stunning and in like new condition. Only on the inside handle of the driver’s door you can see small traces of that somebody has actually been driving this car. The plaque on the wall or in this case, in the roofline states the Alpina Heritage and that is car number 39 out of the 43 Alpina B10S Touring cars that were built. In the back, all the original accessories such as spare, jack and tools are in its place. All equipment inside the car has normal function.

Engine: The engine is the jewel of this car. It makes this big car feel light as a feather, and with 375hp it will embarrass even some of today's sports cars. Always maintained according to its service schedule.

History: Spent the first parts of its life as an Alpina show car and came to Sweden first in 2005 to the first private owner. Present owner had the car since 2011.

Jaguar E-type Flatfloor Roadster 1961

Jaguar E-type Flatfloor 1961 for sale

Perhaps one of the most collectable Jaguar E-types is a Series 1 flatfloor car with welded louvres like this one. Unless you stumble on a lightweight Jaguar E-type, then you really have hit the jackpot.

Exterior: The first owner really wanted to have a red Jaguar E-type but it was not available, and it would take a long time to get one. So, he bought this car that was in gunmetal grey from the factory and had it repainted to red on the outside only. When you lift the hood, it is still wearing the factory colour here and the same goes for the trunk area. Before it was painted, it was rust protected properly, and the car has stayed pretty much in this shape until today. The wheels were replaced somewhere along the way, but the chrome is original and in very good shape. As you can see in the pictures, it comes with the very rare factory hardtop. A series 1 Jaguar E-type Coupe is the most beautiful of all E-types (to me) unless you have a convertible with a hardtop.

Interior: At the same time as the car was painted, it was given a new red interior. This is still in the car today and looks amazing. Wonderful patina on the leather and everything else inside the car is in very good condition. It is still the original soft top and it keeps the rain out of the car. All instruments are beautiful and fully working.

Engine: Starts very easily and has a very good sound. The 3,8l cars just sound a little bit better than the later 4,2. This car comes with documentation showing that it has covered no more than just over 100,000km during its lifetime. So, nothing more than normal maintenance has been done over the years, and it runs perfectly today.

History: This car was manufactured in October 1961 and delivered, also in October, to Fredlunds Automobil AB, the Swedish distributor, as the second E-type ever sold to Sweden. This is confirmed by Philip Porter in his book, Jaguar E-type: The Definitive History.

The first owner was the proprietor of Automobil AB, Bengt Dahlén, in Lilla Edet in western Sweden, who bought the car from Fredlunds Automobil AB and registered it in February 1962. He owned and used it until 1989, logging 90,000 km. Second owner, Timo Ekholm in Eskilstuna, took care of it until 1995, when the present owner was able to buy it. To date it has logged 115,000 km.

Documentation: Jaguar Heritage Certificate, confirming all matching numbers, original colour scheme, delivery date to Sweden etc. Original vinyl booklet with original owner’s manual, including notes by the first owner. Original lubrication scheme, in absolute mint condition. Signed letter from first owner confirming that the car has never been damaged. First registration documents. Many MOT documents (including 2016 with no remarks). Issue of MotorSport magazine from April 1961, featuring the launch of the E-type. Issue of Swedish Classic Motor magazine from 1992, featuring this car

Porsche 911 Carrera

Porsche 911 Carrera 1985

Exterior: Repainted in the original colour “Marmorgrau” which makes a very nice contrast with the burgundy interior. Slightly lower springs give the car that little extra sporty look. All rubber and glass in perfect shape. Rolling on original wheels with good tyres.

Interior: Still looking like new inside! It is hard to believe the km reading when you look at the interior of this car. Very nice seats, carpets etc. One of the previous owners has fitted a roll cage so you will be safe if you want to take the car for some track days.

Engine: Very nice sound from the stainless steel exhaust. Great power and I get a very good feeling of the gearbox shifting nicely and smoothly.

History: Has all books and has been serviced and taken care of properly over the years. Present owner has had the car since 2004 and there were two previous owners before him. Taken through Technical Control here in Sweden 2016-10. Yes, it has over 250,000km but you will not believe it when you see and drive the car.

Simca Aronde Plein Ciel Coupe

Simca Arone Plein Ciel by Facel 1959. This is a very rare and beautiful car!

Exterior: Very nice red paint with a black hardtop. Good chrome, and rubber. The front screen has a small crack on each side. New white wall tyres (the white can be turned inwards if you do not like these.)

Interior: Very nice cloth interior, instruments and all other details inside the car are in very good condition. Just behind the two seats, there is a space where you can tie up your suitcase when you are going for longer trips.

Engine: The Fiat based Flash Special engine gives you 60 happy horsepower and this Simca Aronde is no more than 1,000kg so it is enough to make it cruise along in 100km/h comfortably.

Jaguar E-type Roadster 1966

1966 Jaguar E-type XKE convertible Series 1

If you go out on town and you ask a random person to name a classic sports car, I think the chances are good that they will say Jaguar E-Type. The Jaguar XKE is such an icon when it comes to classic cars and by many considered the most beautiful car in the world.

Exterior: If you need a reference to what a perfect Jaguar E-Type should look like, then this would be it! In terms of panel fit and glossy paint, you could not ask for more. Everything on the outside of the car is in like new condition. Also new chrome spoke wire wheels and Pirelli Cinturato tires. Please note that the car looks almost black in some pictures, but it is dark blue. Please note also that the chassi is in perfect harmony (ride height).

Interior: Red interior that is now in the best possible state. That dreadful “brand new” look is just over and you can see now that this is a Jaguar E-Type that has been driven.

Engine: Engine had a full overhaul in 2000 and has covered 4,000km since. So the 4,2 liter unit looks and sounds excellent. This is the engine that was fitted from new (matching numbers).

History: This Jaguar E-Type Convertible 1966 came from USA to Denmark  in1997 and then in Sweden it had the first registration in 2004. The body work and the paint were done here in Sweden. During its time in Sweden there has been one owner. One in Denmark and from the time in USA we have no records.

Mercedes 220SE Coupe 1962

Mercedes W111 220SE Coupe for sale

1961 was the first year of production so this is a very early car (no power steering).

Exterior: Painted in Tunis beige many years ago. The paint has some patina, but there is no rust on it. The chrome parts are in very good condition, despite some smaller dents.

Interior: Fantastic red original leather in wonderful condition. Nice headliner and all instruments are working. All chrome details inside the car are in excellent condition.

Engine: The engine in this car runs very nicely and has very good power in comparison with other similar cars I have driven. The manual gearbox feels very nice and firm. The entire car has a very original low km feeling. The car has just been serviced with new fluids and filters. New bushings in the front and the brakes. Fuel tank has been cleaned and new fuel filters fitted.

History: This car was sold new here in Sweden in 1962 to a man in Stockholm and he was the owner until 2002 when his son took over the car. He kept it until now when we bought it. We do not have full documentation all the way, but according to the previous owner the total travel is 137,000km. Has original handbook, tools and spare. Just went trough Technical Control here in Sweden and is ready to go.

Jaguar E-type series 1

Jaguar E-type roadster Series 1 1964 for sale

The sports car icon Jaguar E-type came in three series. Series 1, Series 2 and Series 3. The most desirable or collectible Jaguar E-type cars are Series 1 up to 1964 before the 4,2l engine came. These cars are easy to recognize since the headlights are covered and the taillights are fitted above the rear bumper. Other details are the aluminum panels on the dashboard and smaller bucket seats than those of the later cars. Not to mention the distinct sound of the peppy 3,8l engine.

Exterior: Gunmetal grey or opalescent silver with red interior is a very striking color combination for a Jaguar XKE roadster. The paint on this car is very nice and all chrome details are also in top condition. Slightly wider original Borrani chrome spoke wheels for improved handling and looks. The soft-top is in “like new condition” if you, for any reason, would need to put it up. There is a convertible cover with the car not showing in these pictures. Please note that there is a rubber strip underneath the doors that is visible on the outside of the car. However the fitting of the doors and other panels are perfect.

Interior: Red leather interior in very nice condition. All instruments look very nice and have normal functions. In the trunk, we have the original jack, tools and spare.

Engine: Engine fires up easily and gives that fantastic raspy, snappy sound that only the 3,8l does. Triple SU carburetors, original Moss gearbox and a gear ratio on the final drive that keeps your rpm down even at higher speed. The engine had a complete rebuild in 1999 and has been driven less than 7,000km since.

History: The car was built on the 31st of December 1963 and was delivered to Jaguar Cars New York on the 10th of January 1964. Came to Sweden in 1999 and was restored here between 1999-2001. The first owner here in Sweden was the shop that did the restoration; second owner has had the car for 16 years now and is ready to pass it on to a new owner. This is a matching numbers car in its birth colors.
