Jaguar E-type Series 1,5 Roadster

Jaguar E-type Series 1,5 Roadster 1968 for sale

Exterior: The older paintwork gives a good impression despite some smaller dents and chips. Good fitting of the panels. California car free from corrosion. There is a chromed luggage rack with the car that can be fitted on the trunk and the other chrome parts are in good condition. If one should not fancy the red stripe on the tyres, it can be turned inwards. It looks like the original soft top and is still ok.

Interior: The cockpit has been partly restored with new leather on the seats and a new steering wheel from Motolita. Instrumentation looks nice and clean and there is a classic radio fitted.

Engine: With a new exhaust system, this Jaguar E-type has a very nice sound. Normal oil pressure. Recently rebuilt radiator and fans.

History: The car was manufactured in May 1968 and first delivery was in USA. It returned to Sweden in September 2017. It still has the original engine (matching) and has always been in the original Signal Red Jaguar colour. It has lots of documentation from the time in America and appears to have been well taken care of.

Austin Healey 3000 BT7 MK2

Austin Healey 3000 MK2 1961

Exterior: Very nice light blue metallic paint. Painted spoke wheels with fresh tyres. Has a black soft top with side screens and a tonau cover. No corrosion to be seen anywhere and it looks just as beautiful underneath as it does on top. The entire car was restored between 2002-2004 and it has been used very little since.

Interior: All new very nice leather and carpets. Beautiful instrumentation!

Engine: The engine was rebuilt also in 2004 just like the gearbox and overdrive. Has very good oil pressure and compression. Invoices for the parts are present in the documentation.

History: Owned by a student in Norrahammar Sweden until 1999 when a new owner in Malmö got the car. This owner started a restoration but was not able to complete the work and the car was passed over to a workshop owner in 2002 that completed the restoration in 2004 and the car was back on the road. It has now covered approximately 2000km after the restoration. The Austin Healey 3000 are wonderful cars, but they had a lot of problems with corrosion specially underneath. Considering they have been relatively cheap cars for many years it can be difficult to find a good one. I can assure that this car in a very healthy state and will give many years of trouble free driving.

Jensen Interceptor Series II

Jensen Interceptor Series II 1970 for sale

The Jensen Interceptor is a cool thing! Even though it is from the 70's, it is still easy to use in today’s environment. In the city you have power steering, automatic gearbox and lots of glass so you can easily see what is going on around you. When you come out on the open road or even a highway, you have loads of power and very comfortable seats so that you can be cruising on Autobahn for hours or as long as your gasoline lasts. If your major concern is how expensive gasoline is and how much this car consumes, then you should turn back right now and look for another car. The MK 2 model was produced between 1969-1971 and there were 1128 cars produced.

Exterior: Very good red paint with no corrosion anywhere. The car was painted in 2011 after it had received rust repairs of the body. It is no secret that Jensen cars had some major problems with rust. This car has no rust however! All glass in good condition, most of the rubber is also very good. Chrome is nice except for the rear bumper that is waiting to get rechromed. In these pictures, it is rolling on a set of series 3 aluminium wheels, but the original chromed steel wheels also come with the car and they are in great condition. Almost new Pirelli tires.

Interior: Red leather with lots of patina. All gauges are in working order. Nice panels, carpets and good heat.

Engine: Starts right up and gives a healthy roar. Series II cars had the more powerful 383 Magnum engines giving you 330hp together with the 3-speed automatic Torqueflite gearbox. There is plenty of receipts for oils service along as well as other maintenance work done. Just completed from the workshop (April 23rd) New radiator, temperature sending unit, new radiator caps, spark plugs and leads, oil and filter in the engine and the gearbox. New steering rack.

History: The owner’s history of the car is fully documented and the car came to Sweden already in 1977 by a Brit. After that it spent most of its time in the hands of Jensen club owners including the president of the Swedish Jensen club for a few years. The last owner had the car since 2004 until last year when I bought it.

Jaguar E-type series 1

Jaguar E-type roadster Series 1 1964 for sale

The sports car icon Jaguar E-type came in three series. Series 1, Series 2 and Series 3. The most desirable or collectible Jaguar E-type cars are Series 1 up to 1964 before the 4,2l engine came. These cars are easy to recognize since the headlights are covered and the taillights are fitted above the rear bumper. Other details are the aluminum panels on the dashboard and smaller bucket seats than those of the later cars. Not to mention the distinct sound of the peppy 3,8l engine.

Exterior: Gunmetal grey or opalescent silver with red interior is a very striking color combination for a Jaguar XKE roadster. The paint on this car is very nice and all chrome details are also in top condition. Slightly wider original Borrani chrome spoke wheels for improved handling and looks. The soft-top is in “like new condition” if you, for any reason, would need to put it up. There is a convertible cover with the car not showing in these pictures. Please note that there is a rubber strip underneath the doors that is visible on the outside of the car. However the fitting of the doors and other panels are perfect.

Interior: Red leather interior in very nice condition. All instruments look very nice and have normal functions. In the trunk, we have the original jack, tools and spare.

Engine: Engine fires up easily and gives that fantastic raspy, snappy sound that only the 3,8l does. Triple SU carburetors, original Moss gearbox and a gear ratio on the final drive that keeps your rpm down even at higher speed. The engine had a complete rebuild in 1999 and has been driven less than 7,000km since.

History: The car was built on the 31st of December 1963 and was delivered to Jaguar Cars New York on the 10th of January 1964. Came to Sweden in 1999 and was restored here between 1999-2001. The first owner here in Sweden was the shop that did the restoration; second owner has had the car for 16 years now and is ready to pass it on to a new owner. This is a matching numbers car in its birth colors.

Jaguar E-type series 1

Jaguar E-type XKE convertible Series 1

If you go out on town and ask a random person to name a classic sports car, I think the chances are good that they will say Jaguar E-Type. The Jaguar XKE is such an icon when it comes to classic cars and by many considered the most beautiful car in the world.

Exterior: If you need a reference to what a perfect Jaguar E-type should look like, then this would be it! In terms for panel fit and glossy paint, you could not ask for more. Everything on the outside of the car is in like new condition. Also new chrome spoke wire wheels and Pirelli Cinturato tyres. Please note that the car looks almost black in some pictures, but it is dark blue. Please note also that the chassi is in perfect harmony (ride height).

Interior: Red interior that is now in the best possible state. That dreadful “brand new” look is just over and you can see now that this is a Jaguar E-type that has been driven.

Engine: Engine had a full overhaul in 2000 and has covered 4,000km since. So, the 4,2 liter unit looks and sounds excellent. This is the engine that was fitted from new (matching numbers).

History: This Jaguar E-type Convertible 1966 (first delivery October 1965 in New York) came from USA to Denmark in 1997 and then in Sweden where it had the first registration in 2004. The body work and the paint were done here in Sweden. During its time in Sweden there has been only one owner. One in Denmark and from the time in USA we have no records.

Austin Healey 3000 MK1

Austin Healey 3000 MK1 for sale

Yet, another great British sportscar that you do not see too often these days. I just had the pleasure of driving this automobile for nearly 700 troublefree km. And, I can say that these cars are cruising along very nicely in around 100km/h if they have the overdrive gearbox like this one. It makes them a very usable and fun little sportscar.

Even though it does not have that many horsepower on the paper, it has a good torque and you can listen to that raspy exhaust note all day long. It is a real sportscar sound that will make any man turn his head to see what is coming down the road. This Austin Healey is riding on a new set of wire wheels. It has new girling calipers and discs up front. There were only 2825 BN7 (2 seater) cars produced between 1959-1961. This car is in nice condition and ready to drive anywhere. Softtop and side windows comes with the car.

Jaguar MK V 3,5 Saloon

Classic car: Jaguar MK V 1950 for sale

There are not many four door sedans more beautiful than the Jaguar MK V. This car has recieved a new leather interior at some point and it still looks very nice. All wood panels are in very good condition and the car has one of those nice big sunroofs. There are some small scratches on the paint at the lower part otherwise the car is rustfree and shiny. It is the desirable 3,5 l engine and please note that this is a left hand drive car. It had a total of only four owners including dealerships. No tax or technical control required on cars from 1950 or earlier in Sweden.

Rolls Royce Corniche Coupé

Rolls Royce Corniche Coupé 1977 for sale

This beautiful coupe came to Sweden from Switzerland 1987. It is the second paint in original color tone, walnut brown with cream leather. The Corniche was built by Mulliner Park Ward in London and the build time for this car was about 6 months. Only 1,100 cars were built of the Mark 1 Bentley and Rolls Royce Corniche (1971-1982).

The car is rolling on a good set of Michelin tyres, and there is a full set of lamb wool rugs with the car. As you can see, this is one of the lovely chrome bumber cars. It had the same owner since 1995 and it has travelled 19.000km only since 1987!

The chrome and paint on this car is in excellent condition. Engine and gearbox runs very nicely and the car is ready to be enjoyed. The Corniche share many parts with the Silver Shadow so there is never any problem to find spare parts for this classic. We have the full owners history documented and also the building notes/reports from Rolls Royce. Original sales invoice etc.

Bentley Continental S3

This is a Bentley Continental S3 from 1963 by Mulliner Park Ward. There were 12 cars made in this unique body style sometimes referred to as the Chinese eye.

This car was sold new to America and imported back to Sweden in the year 2000. Having spent most of its life in dry states, it is a very rustfree car today. The downside of cars from hot and dry states is the wear of leather interiors. Driver's seat needs attention and so does the backseat.

The engine was recently serviced with new points and spark plugs. Carburators were synchronized and timing set. It now runs very nicely. However, the automatic transmission makes a noice when accelerating and needs to be looked over before traveling any further distance. Bentley used the Hydramatic from GM so finding parts should not be a problem.
